About
Smartdataintegration exists to examine financial statements carefully for companies that need an opinion others will accept.
The practice grew from audit fieldwork across Greater Taipei manufacturing and trading firms. Partners who had spent years on statutory engagements wanted a smaller firm where partners still review material balances themselves instead of only signing cover letters.
We keep our office in Hsinchuang so clients west of Taipei can reach us without a downtown shuttle, and so warehouse observations north of the city stay within a realistic drive.
Engagements begin with a written scope, a request list, and named reviewers. We raise findings as they appear rather than storing surprises for the closing meeting. When evidence is thin, we say so early enough for management to locate support or adjust the statements.
Named reviewers stay close to testing — not just the final signature page.

Audit manager
Coordinates fieldwork calendars, confirmation tracking, and junior review notes. Known for keeping PBC lists short and specific.
Controls specialist
Runs internal control assessments and walks finance teams through remediation that fits their actual headcount, not textbook org charts.
We do not soft-pedal missing support to keep a relationship smooth. If a balance cannot be substantiated, the file — and the opinion — reflect that.
Queries arrive in batches when possible. We know month-end is already hard; we avoid asking for the same schedule three times in three formats.
Reports and management letters are written so controllers and non-finance directors can follow the issue without decoding jargon.
A NT$40 million trading company does not need the same sample sizes as a multi-plant manufacturer. Scope matches risk.
